Good Morning! I was thinking about Artificial Sweetners this morning. This is something that, alot of do each morning, without really thinking about it. We use artificial sweetners, whether it be sweet & low, equal or splenda. Some of us spend more money on it and try more organic brands. No matter the brand of artificial sweetner, that you use. How healthy can they really be? My goal is to cut back on them and I just try and limit them to my coffee in the morning.
I do eat oatmeal and cereals, but I try not to add any sweetners to them. You know that this stuff is in sodas and drinks like Crystal light. You can easily find it in most low calorie drinks, that are out there. What do you think about using artificial sweetners?
