Smokey Bones

A bunch of us went out last friday to Smokey Bones. I know, I'm just getting around to posting about it. Well everyone was pretty hungry, after riding all around Pinellas County. At first we were looking for a Friday's, which I happen to love their food. I was the one who suggested Smokey Bones restaurant to dine at. I've been there once before with my best friend Maggie. So...when Maggie and I went, we sat at the bar enjoying the atmosphere of the place. Everyone was friendly, the sport screens were on beaming bright at you. I was liking Smokeys a lot. The fries were very crisp and tastey.

That is why I decided to go there again. Big, Big, mistake or maybe we all should have had fries. The wait for the food was about 45 minutes. The waitress was disappearing every few minutes. You could hardly get her attention. This was not sitting pretty with me, due to the fact I was pretty hungry and so was everyone else. The food finally arrived with someone else bringing our food to our table. The pork was ok, yea just ok. The wings were blazing hot, with the sauce tasting very salty. The other plates, were about the same, with the food tasting salty. The chicken breast being very dry and not warm. I ordered a drink waiting for happy hour at 4pm. Well I should have continued to drink water, because that is what I got. A glass of lemon water..Lemonade.

We paid about $80 for all this food. I hate to send food back when I go out. I always think that, they will do something to my food, because I sent the food back. Have you ever had a bad experience like this? What do you do when this happens. Do you tip the waitress after bad service?
