The Police Got Me!

I was driving home from work on New Years Eve as I normally do. I stopped at a stop signal, then proceeded to drive down Dale Mabry Hwy. This is a three lane highway on each side of the highway. I was doing the speed limit. I know because I always try to keep it at 50 on this road. Well the next thing I know I hear a chirp chirp! I look in my rear view mirror to see the lights from a police car. Now what! I know I wasnt speeding... then I hear a voice saying pull over. Im thinking there is no way I need to get another ticket. Oh Yea I had one back in June. I went to court and cleared up everything no points. Im thinking now that the police has me pulled over. I don't need a ticket because my license is clean.  I never worried about police so much until I came here. They have so many police here with nothing to do sometimes. I couldn't believe that, someone in court had a ticket, for driving without a light on a bicycle. Im thinking... Are you people serious down here. The judge also informed the (guy) the owner of the bicycle that he is supposed to have a horn to. Well what good is his horn going to do when some person is barreling at you with a car.
Ok. Start blowin your horn. Then maybe the car wont hit you.

Also they are really big on window tints down here. If its too dark, then you will get pulled over an issued a ticket. Ok. Back to the policeman. He told me my back brake light was out. I said yea I know I was meaning to get that fixed. He took my drivers license an went back to his car. I wasn't worried. Like I said my license is clean. Always good to keep a clean record (smile). He came back from his car to tell me he was giving me a warning. I was so happy to hear this news. I thanked him so much for not giving me a ticket. Yea, I told him so. Thanks officer for not giving me a ticket. He said. It's ok we just need to let you know your light was out. mmm hmmm.  Well that night I was happy I didnt get a ticket. I know they are not all bad.(police) Just dont get behind me when Im driving. OK.
