New Years Resolutions

Now that you've finished with Christmas. What is going to happen in the New Year? So many people have gone overboard. Buying, Buying and more Buying. I thought we were in a recession. So many have said they are broke. They cant afford to shop and spend money. I went to Walmart Christmas Day, to find the place shut down at 7:30pm. This is the first time I have seen Walmart shut down like that. Earlier, the store was so packed that you couldnt find a parking place. Im thinking that some of these folks must have money to spend. The resturants were packed, liquor stores and some grocery stores were very busy. It's just not nice to say you dont have money when you do have it. I bought a few things for some children that I know would probably not get very much for christmas. I still need to get something for the guy who comes by to help me around the house.

Well he is a friend and I let him do things so he can get a few extra dollars. Besides that, I don't do a lot of shopping. If you don't get a well wish, then you just dont get anything else from me. Christmas to me is not about spending lots of money. It's about showing someone or people how much you care about them. You can do that without having to break your bank. Hopefully everyone did their share to give to someone in need. I know some may have went over what they should have. You will probably regret that come the New Year. So this is why we have resolutions.

I have a few resolutions in mind, that I want to do this year. May you have a Happy New Year! Best wishes to everyone. Peace and goodwill to all.
